About
Methuselah Co. exists to equip believers to make disciples. Our mission is based on the Great Commission in Matthew 28, where Jesus instructs us to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19-20a ESV).
We do this in three ways. We:
Provide new believers with tools to start their faith journey
Provide growing believers with tools to share their faith
Provide church leaders with the resources and guidance needed to make disciples
Whether you’re taking your first steps with Jesus, growing deeper in faith, or leading others in ministry, our goal is to help you stand firmly in biblical truth, live faithfully for Christ, and fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples.
What We Believe
We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, authoritative, and trustworthy Word of God, revealing who He is, what is true, and how we are called to live. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
We believe that there is one true God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)
We believe that every person is created in the image of God with inherent value and purpose, but that all people have sinned, rebelled against God, and fallen short of His perfect standard. Because of sin, humanity is separated from God and in desperate need of forgiveness, redemption, and a Savior. (Genesis 1:27, Romans 3:23)
We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, that He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, and is the only way to forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life. (1 Peter 2:24)
We believe that salvation is by God’s grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone—not by human works—and that genuine faith produces repentance, obedience, and spiritual fruit. (Ephesians 2:8-10, James 2:17)
We believe that the Church exists to glorify God by making disciples, teaching biblical truth, encouraging believers, serving others, and proclaiming the Gospel to the world. (Matthew 28:19-20, 1 Peter 4:10)
We believe that every believer is called not only to follow Jesus personally, but also to grow in spiritual maturity, live according to God’s Word, and help make disciples of others. (Luke 9:23, Colossians 2:6-7)
We believe that biblical truth should shape every area of life, and that Christians are called to stand firmly in truth while demonstrating grace, love, and humility. (Romans 12:2)
We believe that Jesus Christ will return, fulfill God’s kingdom completely, judge sin perfectly, and make all things new. (Matthew 24:30, Acts 1:11)
